To those who were there to assist me while I was writing my first three books, I must say it was an honor and a privilege to have you around to support me and to cause these books to be written. It may happen you undermine your participation to a point where you may say you didn't do anything to help but let me say this: as I spent time writing my three first books, I realize that the most important element I needed to write these books was the environment. The ideas and even the titles were all good to have. However, without an appropriate environment it could be impossible for me to achieve what I have accomplished in the last few months. Do not interpret the environment according to your understanding. Rather it was pleasant or stressful, the environment was good enough to cause these books to be written. As it may require a quiet environment to write, sometime it may require a stressful environment to produce or become more productive.
