Author Biography
Charles Chaplin is a dedicated real estate instructor who has taught hundreds of free, certified real estate classes. Class participants encouraged Charles to put his home seller class information in a book. Here it is! Charles is a Managing Broker who works with sellers and buyers in the greater Seattle metro real estate market. He was originally licensed in 1991. In 2011 and 2012, he received the Five Star Agent Award from Seattle magazine. Charles is the author of "Home Buying for Smarties" and the on-going, satirical Alex Campbell Real Estate Mystery Novel series.
