The story of Holly and the Hat is a modern children's book in the perspective of a Welsh Corgi named Holly. Holly's owner/mommy is pregnant with her first child and Holly is very confused and doesn't know what is happening at home. With her owners coming and going, strange furniture and baby shower gifts being added to the house, Holly knows something is going on, but not what it is exactly. Holly's owners/parents want her to be comfortable and prepared for the new baby to arrive. Holly's owner/daddy brings home the newborn babies hat from the hospital to smell the scent of the new baby. When a new baby comes into this world you have to prepare everyone, including your dog. This is a great story to help children prepare for the arrival of a new sibling.Written for ages 0 to 6 year-olds.
