Hobbs Cloudloft Polyester Batting Package:
Cloudloft is a high-loft, polyester batting that ideal for machine quilting or tied quilts and may be used for hand quilting. Cloudloft is resin bonded to provide unusual uniformity and added durability. It resists bearding and migration, is non-allergenic and machine washable, and is a full 5/8" thick, providing exceptional loftiness.
This batting may be quilted 4"-6" apart and will not shrink.
We recommend that the quilt maker spend some time learning about this product before using it on a major project. Make samples using this batting to see how it launders and how it needles, both by hand and by machine, so that you can obtain the look you want in your final project.
Pre-washing is not recommended for this or any of Hobbs other quality batting products.
