Also included are chapters covering the analysis of general passive networks, as well as frequency response equalizers, acoustics and loudspeaker measurement techniques. The second edition has three new chapters entitled: 'Auditory Distance Reduction Equalizers', 'Time-Frequency Equalization of a Loudspeaker' and 'Motion Picture Sound Reproduction and Cinema Loudspeakers'. There are chapters dealing with Acoustics, Thiele-Small Parameters, the Closed Box, the Vented Enclosure and Sub-Woofers, and chapters on Horn Theory, Low Frequency Horn, Mid-Range Horn and High Frequency Horn design.
