""Kintsugi describes the Japanese art of repairing broken things by filling the cracks and/or holes with gold, which embraces the repaired object's flaws and imperfections while creating a connection between jagged parts that might otherwise not be possible. Shadow work describes the artful science of working with the unconscious self to recover & reintegrate the repressed parts of self that we hide from the World (oftentimes that includes ourselves).
