Product Description

by Roberta Joyce Loach (Author)

This is personal version of a woman's search for the Holy Grail. Previously in the history of the Holy grail, it has been only men who have been on the search for the Grail, which is really a search for personal development and individuation. What makes historians of the Grail think that women don't want to and in fact, do engage in this search? The process of individuation is difficult, fraught with terrors and demanding courage at every step. But if a man or a woman wants to do something out of the ordinary in this world, especially having to do with the creative process, they must go through this hazardous course or remain impotent and have nothing but unresolved conflicts in their lives for as long as they live. I have lived this and want to encourage women who have dreams to go for it

Author Biography

I am a professional Artist and educator. I paint in acrylics and gouache. I am also a master printer in etching and monotype. I have two teaching credentials, one in art and one in political science and history, and a master in fine art all from San Jose State University. I also published and edited a fine art journal from 1975-1980. It was called "visual Dialog" and we had national and international subscribers. I have spent the last ten years researching the Holy Grail and noted that so much of the literature is pertinent to women as they go inquest of themselves. Also, I have been a constant producer of art, much of it reflecting a woman's place in society. Take yourself upon this quest. It's a timely and prudent endeavor. Roberta Loach
