Author Biography
Dr. Jim Van Meter was born June 10, 1949. He is author of the Bestseller Book, "Heaven Is For Real: I Died April 10th 1980." He attended Carrollton elementary, Dewitt Perry Junior High, and RL Turner High School. He attended Dallas Baptist University for a year prior to enlisting into the US Army. He is a decorated war veteran. Jim received a Doctorate in Alphabiotics in 1991 and a Doctorate in Divinity in 1993. Jim is a traditional Naturopath; he received his training and his degree from Trinity School of Natural Health in 1996. He also received his Masters of Herbology from Trinity. Jim, and the entire staff are Licensed as Doctors of Pastoral Services. He received his License from the PMA in 2010. As the senior pastor I know we cannot heal or cure anyone and that is why we pray for each person that comes here, that God will heal them.
