Author Biography
Susanne Hühn is a holistic physiotherapist with a German state degree, lecturer of training courses and author of several books. She specializes in teaching emotional intelligence and inner freedom with the help of a loving and protective relationship of the Inner Adult with the Inner Child. She teaches her readers and participants in her courses how to become a truly loving, free and independent human being. Her method, about which she has written numerous books and meditations, is based on active self-compassion consciously applied as the most important element.
