Arnaud Despierre is a thought-leader on global career management issues. He is a former partner with Spencer Stuart and consultant with McKinsey & Company where he led organizational development work for clients in North America and Asia. When he is not writing on careers topics, Arnaud spends an inordinate amount of time on endurance sports, particularly long-distance running and triathlons, which gives him plenty of time for creative thinking and soul-searching.
