Author Biography

J. Andrew Salemme is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania. He is an expert in post-conviction relief, Pennsylvania criminal law, and constitutional law. Mr. Salemme published the first edition of his PCRA book in 2013 and has taught Continuing Legal Education courses on the subject. His book is one of only two works to focus on Pennsylvania post-conviction relief.
