Product Description

by Joe Pepitone (Author), Candice Lee (Author), Audra Bagwell (Author)

Joseph E. Pepitone, Jr. grew up on Manhattan's East Side. After high school, Joe joined the United States Marine Corps in 1968, following in his father's footsteps. His father had fought in World War II, in the regions of Italy and North Africa and was awarded a Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts, and later awarded a Silver Star.

Joe later worked as a professional baseball hitting and pitching coach for one of the minor Leagues in New York and Florida. He met the love of his life, Roseann, and they had three children together: two sons, Joseph and Nicholas, and a daughter, Andrea.

Joe Pepitone is now happily retired. A former Marine, he resides in his beloved New Mexico home. In his spare time, he works as a part-time assistant baseball coach at a local university.

Joe has three children Joseph, Nicholas, and Andrea - as well as three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He now resides in Florida and New Mexico and serves as an advisor at one of the universities as a baseball coach.
