Please don't rush through these nuggets. Sit with each one. Be open to how they speak to your situation. If you are comfortable doing so, take small steps to move forward.
Every twenty-one days you will be invited to reflect upon a Curious Question. This will give you an opportunity to journal about a given question.
So, go ahead - take your pen out and write. You may find yourself returning to your insights at a later date.
