As part of the Google Pixel line, Google designed, built, and sold the Google Pixel Watch, which is a Wear OS smartwatch.
The Pixel Watch is really two different things. It is both the most expensive and high-end Fitbit smartwatch and the star of Google's new line of wearables.
Even though the name doesn't include the Fitbit brand, the software's health metrics are powered by the popular system and connect directly to the Fitbit app (not Google Fit) and its many tools.
