Mark H. Davis, a.k.a. process geek, super waste-buster and Lean Six Sigma evangelist, strives to put process improvement in the hands of the little guys. He knows this transformative improvement methodology from the inside-out, having trained, worked and taught others in the art of process improvement since 2000.
