I want you to know that all I been though, I know that it was for someone else. So don't let your past determine your future, because what you went through meant God had everything you were going through, in his hands. You didn't lose your mind, so stop looking back, if it didn't do you any good then, it won't do you any good, now. It helps you to realize that all those things weren't worth you losing sleep over. Let the people go that don't mean you no good, so God can put the right people in your pathway that mean you some good.
