Amy is also the author of Yoga to Ease Anxiety: Practices and Perspectives to Help You Enjoy Life Again. She lives in Tucson, Arizona, where she teaches asana, meditation, and philosophy at Modern Mystic Yoga Academy. Her website is yogatoeaseanxiety.com.
