Jack Witt is a health and fitness coach, based out of Los Angeles. He holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science, and is an NASM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and TTI Certified Behavioral Analyst. He volunteers as a healthy community organizer, serving as past President of the Universal City North Hollywood Jaycees (Junior Chamber) and Chamber of Commerce. His awards include "Outstanding Young Californian", "Angel" and "Small Business of the Year." His unique product, "Lifestyle Insights Reports" helps people identify their stressors and habits, and map out an action plan for positive lifestyle changes. Jack's public speaking and workshop engagements include Los Angeles Unified School District, Social Security Administration, Volunteer League of the San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles Valley College. Jack has worked with kids, adults and seniors, helping all of them take charge of their health and wellness. He loves taking small groups on fitness and adventure trips to explore the beauty of state and national parks in the USA, and also leads active vacations to other countries.
