Author Biography
Mercedes resides in south central Pennsylvania. Ever since she was able to, she has written poetry to express herself, her experiences, and the nature of God. Her life was spiraling out of control leaving uncertainty and fear as her only bridge to reality. Although life still brings uncertainty, with Jesus, it is full of strength, hope, and faith. She continues to trust the steady love and grace of Papa to lead her through life. She uses her past experiences of abuse and deliverance to work with organizations that provide support to individuals in their journey towards healing and wholeness. Her heart is to see men, women, and children set free from the strongholds of abuse and to be set in the purposeful guidance of Jesus. It is her hope that this book leads you there. She has four adult children and two young grandchildren. It is her joy to watch them experience life and love while they navigate through their own journeys.
