Author Biography

Phillip R. Wise was raised in Flint, Michigan. He went to the Vietnam War as a young man and served as a medical technician with the United States Air Force. He survived the horrific crash of a C 5-A Galaxy crash that claimed hundreds of lives. Phillip stopped asking why and concentrated on meeting and fellow shipping with the adult Babylift Orphans.
