He was thirty-five, healthy, married with three beautiful daughters. He was not a candidate for cancer. And yet, there it was. What you have here is a compilation of Mike's journaling interspersed with some other thoughts he's had since that awful, wonderful year. You'll find a chronological order of events from diagnosis to first doctor visits to surgery to chemo to more surgeries. It's all there. But more than a record of events you'll find a spiritual journey that will resonate with anyone who has been touched by a trial or suffering or sorrow or pain. There is brutal honesty in these pages. Because we've all been touched by suffering in one way or another, this book is valuable for anyone.
