Author Biography
Doug Frey is a serial entrepreneur. Over the years he has started, bought or sold a dozen small businesses. From humble beginnings in Grand Island, Nebraska, he attended Texas A&M before working for a major oil company for 20+ years. After being unexpectedly laid off, Doug took the leap and started his first service company by purchasing the assets of a small business in West Texas. The success with his first venture has led to establishing many more profitable businesses. When not working on one of his businesses or enjoying the company of his grandchildren, Doug serves as a Trustee for the Wetlands America Trust. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Allison.
