Samara Claudia Kezele Fritchman Licensed Therapist, Professor, HR Trainer/Consultant, EA Specialist EAP Services: Consultation, Counseling, and Professional Development Training. Samara has 35+ years of experience in employee assistance program work working with all levels of staff spanning a variety of job classifications, ethnic backgrounds, and educational level providing consultation, counseling and professional development training services as an external employee assistance professional. Samara has, through her professional development training programs, covered topics in psychology, human relations, job skills and general business. Her work has taken her inside a vast variety of industries: health care, service industries, corporations, and manufacturing. She has developed, coordinated and offered training programs to Mental Health and Health care Professionals, Educators and professionals in nearly all walks of life--all levels of business activities--including business reorganization, and mediation of disputes. Samara has a bachelors in Business/Behavioral Science and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. She is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
