Karl R. LaPan is a business professional with over 35 years of experience in consumer, industrial, technology, health care services and financial companies. Since 2000, he has served as President & CEO of the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center/Park (The NIIC), an entrepreneurial community dedicated to accelerating the development of entrepreneurs, business builders and innovative companies. Over the past twenty-one years, He has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, community leaders, educators, thought leaders, and business builders to advance proven business techniques and models to build and grow successful businesses and organizations. Mr. LaPan is a student of business and entrepreneurship. He is an in-demand, thought leader and speaker on customer service, loyalty, creativity and innovation, marketing and management strategy, entrepreneurial growth, business and strategic planning and leadership. He has been the recipient of several local and regional awards and has authored and co-authored numerous books, articles and blogs on business innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
