As International court doesn't have any force of enforcement of its decisions except the forces of member parties to Rome statute it is necessary to all member countries to be binding by the strict respect of principles of judging the perpetrators of international crimes or to extradite them for to guaranty the universal jurisdiction and to fight against impunity through the world. However, the respect of enforcement of international laws goes with the application of international norms such as the obligation "aut dedere aut judicare" which pertains to certain international crimes such as genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression. The application of International criminal court decisions and the strict respect of the obligation "aut dedere aut judicare" can be among the powerful arm which can help to fight against impunity through the world and to make those norms respectful.
