Teresa S. McKay is Adjunct Faculty for Rasmussen University and University of Arizona Global Campus, and full-time Early Childhood Education Instructor at Penn Foster College, USA. Dr. McKay has owned and operated her own training and consulting business, Hands On Learning Early Childhood, since 1995.
