Author Biography
Jo is a life coach and mum of 8 children, ranging in age from 21 to 1. When she saw the dramatic changes that her happiness could have on her family she knew she had to share it with other parents. Jo coaches individuals and families and runs parenting workshops based on the teachings in this book. When she is not being a mum, Jo enjoys sitting in the steam room at her local gym.
