In search of healing potions, Angel encounters a friendly pony named Olaf and returns with a kitten in tow. However, the crucial spellbook has been left behind. Phoenix retrieves it, and they rush to heal Flame as the oppressive darkness closes in.
After a miraculous recovery, Phoenix, Flame, and Angel combine their crystals' power, confronting the darkness in an epic battle. However, a crack in the moon forces them to retreat to Earth. Unfazed by the darkness's taunting, Phoenix and Flame regroup, realizing their strength lies in unity and planning their next steps.
