Product Description

by Erica McKenzie Bsn Rn (Author)

In 2002, thirty-one year old Erica McKenzie's lifelong battle with addiction and body image ended one day when she collapsed to the floor unconscious. Within moments, she was pulled through a tunnel at exhilarating speed and delivered into the hands of God. In Heaven, God revealed the importance of free will and the destiny of mankind. Dying to Fit In is the true story of one woman's extraordinary near-death experience with God and her journey to Heaven, Hell, and back. Erica discovered God's Divine plan-a blueprint-unique gifts he bestows on each of us, and the key to unlock their power. She returned with a new mission, to share these messages with the world. But first she would endure many challenges that would test her faith and connection with God and which began with learning to love herself. Her God-given wisdom is a gift beyond price, a gift she shares with readers in this book.

Author Biography

Author of Dying to Wake up, Rajiv, Parti M.D., wrote the foreword for Erica McKenzie's book Dying to Fit In. By embracing self-love and applying insights gained from her NDE, Erica was able to fully heal her body, mind and spirit. Today, she maintains a life balance of total health and wellness using it as fuel that powers her determination to share her experiences with others. Through her book, Dying to Fit In, speaking around the world, offering workshops and conducting interviews, she inspires people to achieve health in the spirit by reconnecting with our Divine creator, identify and access our unique blueprint and gifts, and reminds us to truly love ourselves by helping us to see our value. Erica helps people to identify and eliminate potential "roadblocks" to healing from the After-effects of transformational life experiences. She demonstrates how to shift our perception of these experiences viewing them as learning opportunities that if we choose, can become powerful tools of healing and awakening. She is an advocate for a consciousness based approach to healing and utilizes her background in healthcare, research, and investigative journalism; to help to increase public awareness of transformational experiences and our ability to achieve personal healing in all areas of our lives. Erica doesn't stop there, in fact, she's just getting started as she goes on to remind us how it is imperative we learn to appreciate the value of each human being and work together to empower each other. She continues her research by collaborating with other experts and conducting interviews that encompass the Afterlife, NDE, medical health and wellness, self-esteem issues and Hospice, along with human and animal rights issues. As she engages audiences through her interviews, her goal is to enlighten them by revealing the healing power in other people's stories. Her passion for helping others is contagious and a beautiful example of "The Rippling Effect".
