Welcome to my book of Doodle Mind Journeys. These drawings are my therapy, my way of coping with the stress and anxiety of COVID and life. During the pandemic I found myself with a great deal of time on my hands, and I rediscovered art. I finally gave myself the time to indulge in doodling, and through these journeys I found a much-needed brain escape into line, shape, and colour that brought me tranquility amongst all the unknown ahead.
I put together a book of my drawings to share with you in the hopes that you too can find escape in my doodle journeys with me, while making them yours by adding your own personal touch with colour. I hope you find them grounding and fascinating, and that they inspire a world of creativity within you. My wish is that you enjoy them as much as I did making them.
