He is also currently a volunteer, tour guide and liaison to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Foundation. He also volunteered at the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Rosato actively speaks and volunteers at veteran groups. Rosato is a member of the group Vietnam Veterans of America, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
