Product Description

by Etta Kaner (Author), Heather Wilson (Illustrator)

Animals eat and drink in surprising, amazing and downright weird ways. Bearded vultures throw their food. Dogs slurp when they're thirsty. Amazon horned frogs swallow their meal whole. Cows burp. You should definitely NOT copy their behavior at the dinner table. It wouldn't be funny at all. In fact it could be disastrous. So mind your manners and find out what you should NOT do when you're eating or drinking.

Author Biography

Etta Kaner is an award-winning, internationally-known author whose nonfiction books for children have been translated into many languages. A former teacher, she is passionate about science books for young readers. When she's not writing, Etta loves trying out new recipes at her home in Toronto.

Heather grew up on a southern Ontario farm, among corn stalks and strawberry fields. She now resides in Oakville, overlooking Lake Ontario.
