Casseroles dishes are not just for making dinner casseroles. They are great for baking all types of desserts. Whether you want to make a recipe from scratch or upgrade a mix, you will find delicious desserts for everyone. Fruit cobblers, crisps, crumbles, cakes, bars, brownies and puddings are some of the recipes included. I like to use leftover items to make desserts. If you have too much bread, make bread pudding. One quart, 2 quart, 11 x 7 and 9 x 13 casserole dishes are all used in the recipes. I highly recommend investing in a quality set of casseroles dishes. I prefer dishes that have lids so I do not have to use aluminum foil. A lot of dishes have lids to store in the refrigerator after they are cooled and I really love them.
