Author Biography

Steve Coyle is an American based in SE Asia since 1995. He conducts training & consultancy in debt collections to help his clients lower bad debt levels. As a collector, he has collected from corporate, SME, and consumer accounts. His collection experience was gained in the banking, software, and telco lines. He's a Certified Credit Executive from the National Association of Credit Management (US). In addition he has an MBA. He's a member of the Association of Credit Management Malaysia (ACMM). He has a Masters in Education. He frequently trains throughout the Asia Pacific region. Occasionally even further afield. His most popular learning program is 'Winning Collection Skills'. He writes for magazines such as Business Credit (NACM), Credit Today (UK), CCR World (UK), and Credit Management in Australia. When not travelling on business, he's travelling on pleasure with his Malaysian wife and young son.
