Author Biography

Gabi Moskowitz is the editor-in-chief of the nationally acclaimed cooking blog BrokeAss Gourmet. She has previously authored Dead in the Kitchen: The Official Grateful Dead Cookbook, The BrokeAss Gourmet Cookbook, Pizza Dough: 100 Delicious, Unexpected Recipes, and Hot Mess Kitchen. Gabi was also a co-producer of Young & Hungry, a successful Freeform comedy loosely based on her life. Gabi has contributed regularly to The Washington Post, The Guardian, and Lenny Letter. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, Evan.

Mollie Katzen is an American cookbook author and artist. She was listed by the New York Times as one of the best-selling cookbook authors of all time. In 2007, she was inducted into the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame--and largely credited with moving plant-based cuisine from the fringe to the center of the American dinner plate. She is well-known for her hand-lettered, illustrated cookbook, Moosewood Cookbook, which was deemed the most influential vegetarian cookbook of all time by The Wall Street Journal.
