She is a teacher, journalist, and lover of books, birds, sunflowers and songs. She's also a kayaker, hiker, and first-time grandma who has come out on the other side of a watershed experience, compelled to tell the miracles and spread the grace given. A Canadian, she now lives with her husband and husky in Cadillac, Michigan. This is her first book.
