Dr. Dennis Jaffe is one of the leading architects of the field of family enterprise consulting. He has helped hundreds of families overcome personal and organizational challenges to successful transfer of businesses, wealth, values, and legacies across generations. His global insights have led to teaching or consulting engagements in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. He is the author of Stewardship in your Family Enterprise: Developing Responsible Family Leadership Across Generations, and Working With the Ones You Love, as well as the management books Rekindling Commitment, Getting Your Organization to Change and Take this Work and Love It. In 2005 he received the Beckhard Award for service to the field of family enterprise consulting from the Family Firm Institute. JAMES GRUBMAN PH.D. is an internationally-recognized psychologist who has worked with families at all levels of wealth, from the "millionaire next door" to the Forbes 400.
