Elisa Gaona es meｴdico, pediatra y gastropediatra. Fundoｴ en 2012 el Centro de Atencioｴn Integral para la Salud (ATIN) y es pionera del meｴtodo de alimentacioｴn complementaria de Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) en Meｴxico. Su deseo de ofrecer un acompan amiento integral en salud la ha llevado a prepararse en praｴcticas de atencioｴn plena, crianza a conciencia, puericultura del suen o, porteo y lactancia materna para incorporarlas en su ejercicio cliｴnico. Tiene un programa en facebook y un podcast llamado Crianza sin gur俍. Es autora de "Crianza sin gur俍" (2022), bajo el sello Pax.
Elisa Gaona is a doctor, pediatrician and gastropediatrician. In 2012, she founded the Centro de Atencio'n Integral para la Salud (ATIN) and she is a pioneer of the complementary feeding method of Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) in Mexico. Her desire to offer comprehensive health accompaniment has led her to prepare herself in practices of mindfulness, conscientious parenting, sleep training, and breastfeeding to incorporate them into her climatic practice. She hosts a podcast called Parenting without Gurus and is the author of the guide of the same name.
