Matt Tommey has spent over twenty years cultivating a successful creative career as a fine craft artist, musician, author and creative catalyst. He is Founder and Executive Director of The Worship Studio, an international arts ministry dedicated to raising up an army of artists to reveal God's Glory in the earth and author of Unlocking the Heart of the Artist, the Unlocking the Heart of the Artist Experience Guide, Crafting Your Brand and Creativity According to the Kingdom. In addition to his ministry endeavors, Matt is an internationally recognized, award winning sculptural basketry artist with a working studio and gallery in Asheville, North Carolina's River Arts District. He is a member of the prestigious Southern Highland Craft Guild, Piedmont Craftsmen and the National Basketry Organization. Matt lives in Fairview, NC with his wife Tanya and their son Cameron.
