Author Biography
This book is also in memory of my faithful granddog Harley, who watched me prepare and tasted almost everything I cooked, except for the beer, wine and chocolate. His dad, my son, used to tell me not to feed him table food, and I'd say, "Okay, sweetheart." The minute he turned away, Harley had anything he wanted. Don't tell my son. At the end of the recipes Harley tasted, you'll find what I call a Harley rating. It numbers from one to five. Five is the best. Macaroni and Italian bread is a definite five.
