Dr. Randy Garner holds a PhD in Social Psychology, with a specialization in organizational behavior and management, and has a second PhD in Theology and Religious Studies. He is a professor of Behavioral Sciences and has authored a number of books and publications. Dr. Garner is an award-winning educator and researcher with a rich history in the study of psychology, behavioral medicine, theology, policing, and leadership. He regularly lectures on topics such as Psychology in Leadership, Legacy Leadership, The Psychology of Communication, Use and Abuse of Statistics and, of course, Handling Criticism.
