Author Biography
Dr. David Bennett is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator with over 25 years of diverse experience in training, organization development and talent management. David is the principal and founder of Common Ground Communication. The communication approach he describes in his new book is called a Connect & Succeed Communication Style. He has worked in multiple companies implementing this Connect & Succeed Communication Style with overwhelmingly positive results. Dr. Bennett has worked in multiple industries including aerospace, healthcare, insurance and the public sector, and for the University of Indianapolis, California State University, San Bernardino as a professor and adjunct faculty member.
