A NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR
This book is dear and near to my heart, I wrote all of these poems in college while I was attending for my Visual Arts degree. I kept most of these poems on scrap paper within my binder during English literature classes. Therefore, I never came around to writing them out properly.
I wrote mostly free verse and Haiku's during my educational journey, and now that I am working towards my BA in English I am in a course that allows me to have more freedom to write. This is where all my poems came from, please take the time to read these poems with a cup of coffee, or tea and enjoy!

A blossom pink, a blossom blue,
Make all there is in love so true.
'Tis fit, methinks, my heart to move,
To give it thee, sweet girl, I love!

This was written by Edward Smyth Jones and was used on my back cover for the poem including inside. It is not my own creation, but one that I love this poem dearly.
