Mike McGervey Mike provides professional development coaching for small business owners, home businesses, self-employed professionals and church leaders. Mike is the author and designer of the Empowerment Coaching Training program. Tim Cosby Tim provides executive coaching and life coaching to leaders who want to break through limitations and sustain new territory. Tim and Mike are co-founders of the Empowerment Coaching Network, which provides peer coach training and advanced coach training for those wishing to coach professionally in their own practice or as internal coaches within organizations.
