Roger Dixon has been directly or vicariously involved in some way in cross-cultural church planting with several denominations in Indonesia for nearly 50 years. Part of this time was with Pioneers. He and his wife Jan lived in Indonesia for over 30 years and raised 3 children while working among the Sundanese Muslim peoples. Roger was ordained as a Methodist minister in 1963, but he and Jan now attend West Lynchburg Baptist Church in Lynchburg, Virginia.
