Charles Easley is a seasoned educator and HBCU alumni. Easley has been a columnist for Q City Metro and also for Creative Loafing. Easley was born and reared in the inner city Houston, Texas. He has a BA in Mass Communication from Huston-Tillotson College in Austin, TX and a MA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. Easley approaches sometimes very controversial and sensitive subjects in a way that allows readers, regardless of their background to participate in an inclusive exchange of ideas and opinions.
