Author Biography

E. Stanly Godbold Jr. (b. 1942), is a historian and author of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter: Power and Human Rights, 1975-2020. He is also the author of Ellen Glasgow and the Woman Within, Christopher Gadsden and the American Revolution, and Confederate Colonel and Cherokee Chief: The Life of William Holland Thomas. He lives in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi.
