Author Biography

Shannon Kelly Dass is an English-special education teacher with a true love of writing and teaching. She received her bachelor's degree in secondary English education with a concentration in literature from the University of Hartford followed by her master's degree in intellectual disabilities-autism in adolescence from Teachers College, Columbia University. Shannon comes from a very large, loving family. She credits her creativity to her experiences growing up with so many siblings, and now she has been given the privilege to explore the world through the eyes of her nieces and nephews.
