Author Biography
Sue Pavey was born and raised in Finsbury Park, North London, England. She is married with two grown up children and lives in Blackheath, South London. In the late 1990's, Sue became a governor at a local primary school and held a variety of office based jobs including 14 years working as a local government officer. Her interest in writing began 15 years ago when she developed ideas for new tv shows, but her first venture into writing for children was in 2012 with her first published book, The Alphabet Friends and their Animals. It received great reviews and there are several more books in the Alphabet Friends series to come. The latest title from Sue is called Charlie Dog and is based on her own little West Highland White Terrier, Charlie. There are many more books to follow in this series with wonderful illustrations by Eleni Demetriou. Sue hopes children will love to follow the adventures of Charlie Dog in this fun, easy to read, rhyming picture book.
