Product Description

by Audrey Moore Sturdivant (Author)

The question is asked in Isaiah 49:15, "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne"? Absolutely not. This man-child birth of my womb will remain forever planted in my heart, mind and spirit. My desire is to tell my son's story, his journey through this disease called cancer and in a way that serves his memory well and with the dignity he is owed in the hope that complicated things explained in layman's terms will be a blessing to others through sharing Chad's journey with the constant reminder that God is always with us. I wager that there isn't a household today not impacted by cancer and/or drug use.

Audrey Moore Sturdivant, a native Washingtonian, is a retired Department of Defense (DISA) analyst, entrepreneur and creative with over forty five years of business and technology, expertise as an organizational development specialist and trainer. She consulted with the US Small Business Administration before being employed there, managed their training department as well as consulted with Montgomery County Maryland Department of Health, a Former Director serving on the Laurel Maryland's Board of Trade, Member, National Council of Negro Women, Potomac Valley Section, former Continental Society member, owner of Grace Boutique, NetWork Resources Consulting, Driving Gospel, LLC, and Norwood Enterprises and Books, LLC in Silver Spring, Maryland. George Washington University and the University of Maryland educated and degreed her in Business, Technology and Management. She is the mother of two children - her two biggest contributions, Janice and Chad (deceased).
